We are Lauren & Loren, co-founders of Babes in a Box.
Babes in a Box was started for our love of celebrations and making memories with our families. From seasonal holidays to birthdays and announcements, we are passionate about celebrating and capturing the special moments in all stages of life.
Over quarantine during the pandemic, we saw professionals getting creative by photographing their kids in large cardboard boxes. Deciding to try it ourselves, we started photographing our kids in boxes and offered free sessions to local friends and neighbors. From there, we built our own photo box and through a lot of trial and error, taught ourselves to edit composite photos.
Today, we have passed on the box photo obsession to hundreds of clients and grown a community of over 32,000 people! We have combined our talents to make Babes in a Box a fresh, unique approach to family photography and have so much fun sharing our experience in decor sourcing, DIY projects and of course, box photos.
